Geostroy has completed a project for a luxurious and functional residential building with retail units and underground parking in the Serdika Residential District, Vazrazhdane Region. The development comprises a multi-family residential building with two underground levels designated for parking and technical facilities. The project features a total built-up area of 37,059.1 m² and a multi-level underground area of 11,423.18 m².

The structural design consists of a monolithic reinforced concrete framework with a beamless floor slab system. The excavation pit was secured using 600 mm diameter bored piles.

The residential building comprises five separate 15-story entrances and features 404 apartments and studios. The underground level will accommodate 426 parking spaces and 402 bicycle spaces.

The project included the execution of architectural, water supply and sewerage (WSS), electrical, HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning), landscape design, and landscaping works.
