Reconstruction and Modification of a Wastewater Treatment Plant
Geostroy has been executing the project Reconstruction and Modification of an Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant – Phased Construction. The project investor is Aurubis Bulgaria AD, and the new facility is located in the town of Zlatitsa.
Geostroy’s scope of works covers Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the project. Phase 1 includes the construction of facilities and buildings for wastewater treatment and sludge dewatering. Phase 2 involves the construction of facilities for high-rate treatment and management of industrial sludges.
The construction works are scheduled to span 935 calendar days. After commissioning and start-up, the new wastewater treatment plant will contribute to the environmentally sustainable collection, treatment and discharge of industrial wastewaters.
